Role Overview

We are recruiting an Assistant Human Resource Manager to contribute passionately to our dynamic HR team. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless operation of the Human Resources Department by managing all relevant duties to top standards.
• Review and analyze employee development, training, and succession frameworks; recommend enhancements that improve individual and organizational performance.
• Coordinate and prepare staffing schedule and manning guidelines alongside the Human Resource Manager.
• Stay informed and enforce compliance with regional or corporate HR policies and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date job descriptions in partnership with supervisors to meet operational needs.
• Manage job application communications, ensuring proper handling and documentation of job postings and applications.
• Initiate and monitor annual performance assessments for supervisory staff.
• Adopt proactive measures to elevate guest service quality and team engagement, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Establish and nurture effective collaborations with key stakeholders and business partners.
• Guarantee compliance with legal standards and due diligence practices, documenting efforts for audits and conducting necessary follow-ups.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources roles such as Assistant HR Manager or HR Officer.
• Professional certification in Human Resources.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
