Job Overview

We are looking for Marshalls to facilitate safe crowd flow, control access points, and support operational logistics within a large-scale event or project environment.

Primary Duties

• Guide visitors, pedestrians, and staff effectively in designated zones.
• Help manage crowd movement ensuring orderliness and safety.
• Offer clear instructions and provide fundamental information as needed.
• Oversee entry and exit points, queues, and operationally critical areas.
• Assist in managing access during peak busy times.
• Spot and communicate any safety or security risks.
• Collaborate closely with supervisors, security personnel, and operations teams.
• Assist during emergencies and evacuation activities.
• Uphold a professional demeanor with a focus on customer service.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in events, hospitality, security, customer service, crowd control, or operational support is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in spoken English; Arabic language skills would be beneficial.
• Appearance should be professional and confident while engaging with the public.
• Must be capable of standing and working outdoors for long durations.
• Previous work experience in Qatar or the GCC region is advantageous.
