This position is integral to the Business Development team tasked with fostering internal partnerships and collaborating with firm partners and staff to generate new business pipeline and enhance the firm's ability to secure and sustain profitable client engagements as well as launch new services.
As part of this team, you will support the execution of critical go-to-market strategies within our priority One Firm sector and strategic account groups. This new role involves engaging with diverse partners, sector specialists, and client teams to accomplish shared goals.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support business development processes such as organizing meetings, managing agendas, and engaging stakeholders.
- Maintain and improve Salesforce database integrity by updating contacts, opportunities, activities, and pipeline data.
- Assist in organizing client events and manage thought leadership mailing lists to support marketing campaigns and engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with business development and account teams to generate sector and account performance dashboards, reports, and insights.
- Track revenue reports, identify and resolve data inconsistencies across business units.
- Deliver administrative, analytical, and reporting support to facilitate successful go-to-market efforts, client pursuits, and sector projects.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 3 years of experience providing administrative or analyst support.
- Proficient with Salesforce and Power BI; experience with Alteryx is advantageous.
- Familiarity with e-marketing platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
- High attention to detail coupled with strong process orientation.
- Collaborative team player capable of building effective relationships within multidisciplinary sales and marketing teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to swiftly establish trust, credibility, and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organizational aptitude, adept at handling multiple deadlines in a dynamic setting.
- Focus on task completion with the discipline to follow through from start to finish.
- Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving with confidence to propose and implement improvements.
