This role is pivotal in guiding complex transformation programs involving strategy, processes, technology, and organizational change. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee transformation initiatives that resolve intricate business challenges and drive significant client results.
• Establish and nurture trusted partnerships with clients by engaging stakeholders to understand issues, co-create practical solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
• Manage multiple workstreams and direct diverse project teams, offering guidance, mentoring, and quality assurance from planning through to execution.
• Coordinate engagement delivery aspects including project scheduling, resource allocation, financial management, risk mitigation, and adapting to changing priorities.
• Facilitate client workshops, governance meetings, and executive discussions, delivering clear communication and actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities, supporting proposals, and strengthening client relationships.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants, promoting an inclusive, cooperative, and high-performing team environment.
• Champion continuous enhancement of PwC’s transformation methodologies and tools to improve delivery efficiency and value for clients.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 5 to 8 years experience in consulting or complex corporate settings, focusing on transformation, project management, or change initiatives.
• Proven leadership in managing project teams and delivering complex client engagements.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting capabilities, with influence across senior leadership.
• Expertise in managing project scope, budgets, risks, and conflicting priorities.
• Solid commercial acumen with experience aiding business development and client expansion.
• Familiarity with formal delivery frameworks such as Agile, PRINCE2, or PMI/PMBOK.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, coaching, and problem-solving aptitude, along with a dedication to impactful transformation outcomes.
