About the Role

Join PwC New Zealand's Transformation Design & Delivery (TDD) team based in Auckland to contribute to designing and implementing intricate transformation programs that span strategy, processes, technology, and organizational change. As a Senior Analyst, you will develop your expertise by working closely with clients to deliver impactful solutions that drive real business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze multifaceted challenges and translate them into clear, actionable strategies producing high-impact results.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their issues, develop solutions collaboratively, and support execution.
  • Manage specific project workstreams by taking responsibility for defined tasks from planning stages through to completion.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships within client teams and project groups, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout project delivery.
  • Prioritize and organize your workload efficiently to accommodate shifting project demands.
  • Identify and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when necessary to project leadership.
  • Participate in project management duties such as planning, progress tracking, status reporting, and team coordination.
  • Collaborate effectively with external vendors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Support the implementation phase and ensure that solutions are sustainably embedded into client environments.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and foster a cooperative and inclusive team atmosphere.
  • Contribute to enhancing PwC’s transformation tools, methodologies, and delivery frameworks.
  • Utilize PwC’s coaching resources and development opportunities for personal growth while gaining extensive experience in transformation initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Approximately 2 to 4 years of experience in transformation, change management, project delivery, or related fields, with proven responsibility for delivering specific project outputs.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills capable of building and sustaining effective working relationships across diverse teams and clients.
  • Experience with structured delivery approaches and familiarity with established methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2, or PMI/PMBOK, applying them flexibly to project needs.
  • Ability to cooperate across disciplines, coordinate complex project activities, and contribute meaningfully within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills to simplify complex information into actionable steps and high-quality deliverables.
  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities to bring clarity to ambiguous situations and craft pragmatic solutions.
  • Highly organized with a proactive mindset, adept at handling competing priorities and meeting deadlines in dynamic environments.
  • A collaborative attitude, committed to continuous learning, supporting team development, and advancing personal transformation capabilities.
