Marketing Supervisor

Position Overview

The Marketing Supervisor role at The Luxury Collection in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia involves enhancing brand awareness both within the company and in the broader market. The position requires applying sales strategies that increase revenue while maintaining loyalty among existing Marriott guests. Key duties include communicating with prospective owners by phone to arrange preview package sales and tours, encouraging purchases or bookings, and clarifying the details and requirements for attending sales presentations for Marriott vacation club properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Confirm eligibility of potential guests for preview package sales and schedule tours accordingly.
• Provide guests with complimentary gifts as tokens of appreciation, such as reward points or show tickets.
• Carry out general administrative support tasks including filing, emailing, typing, faxing, and message handling accurately and completely.
• Support management by assisting in staff training, performance evaluations, counseling, coaching, and motivation, acting as a role model and first point of contact for fair treatment concerns.
• Adhere to all company policies, maintain professional personal appearance and confidentiality, and uphold guest and staff privacy and security.
• Greet and acknowledge guests per company standards, anticipate and fulfill service needs, and express genuine gratitude.
• Use clear, professional communication in conversation, written documents, and telephone etiquette.
• Foster positive work relationships, support team objectives, and respond constructively to colleagues' concerns.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and expectations.
• Physically handle objects up to 10 pounds as needed and perform other reasonable supervisor-directed duties.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• At least one year of relevant work experience in a related role.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• No specific licenses or certifications mandated.
