Job description
Your Role
As a Marketing Management Assistant at AIA NZ, you will contribute significantly to showcasing AIA’s brand, products, and customer experiences across various channels including customer, adviser, and bancassurance. Working within the Brand and Marketing team, your efforts will focus on developing engaging campaigns, communications, and content that align with business objectives and create meaningful value for customers and advisers alike. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with stakeholders and partners, coordinating campaigns from initial planning through execution, while leveraging insights to refine and enhance marketing outcomes.
Your Impact
- Implement marketing campaigns, product improvements, and strategic projects to support outcomes for customers, advisers, and the business.
- Manage communications, content, and campaign activities across multiple channels ensuring consistent and effective engagement.
- Develop strong relationships internally and externally to facilitate smooth campaign delivery.
- Track campaign performance, analyze data to generate actionable insights, and suggest enhancements to increase future marketing success.
- Oversee website content, landing pages, and marketing assets that align with key priorities and enhance customer experience.
- Ensure all marketing efforts comply with brand guidelines, legal, and regulatory requirements, while driving continuous process and communication improvements.
Your Capabilities
- Experience in delivering marketing campaigns, communications, and content within marketing, branding, or communications settings.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, adept at handling multiple priorities efficiently.
- A customer-centric approach, showing initiative, curiosity, and sound judgement to attain favorable results.
- Strong ability to establish collaborative relationships and confidently engage with diverse stakeholders and partners.
- Attention to detail and capability to utilize data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and provide informed recommendations.
- Preferred experience includes working in environments with complex stakeholder dynamics and familiarity with marketing automation platforms, website content management, or digital communication channels.
