Market Access Manager

About the Role

Kinetic Business Solutions is collaborating with a top-tier pharmaceutical organization to recruit a Market Access Manager to be stationed in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is specifically open to Saudi nationals in compliance with Saudization policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies aimed at securing and enhancing market access.
• Collaborate closely with primary stakeholders and centers to assess and extract market access needs.
• Lead patient access initiatives and cultivate strategic collaborations with healthcare companies.
• Spot and pursue partnership opportunities with local health authorities such as the Ministry of Health (MOH) and NUPCO.
• Deliver health economics and value-based training sessions for field support teams and effectively communicate market access importance through presentations.
• Formulate pricing strategies that align with local team requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants must be Saudi nationals due to Saudization requirements.
• Hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related discipline.
• Possess a minimum of seven years in the pharmaceutical sector, including at least four years in a market access role.
• Experience in oncology or specialty pharmaceutical areas is mandatory.
• Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory frameworks and pricing methodologies.
• Established strong network within market access and customer domains.
• Availability for in-person interviews at the specified Riyadh location.
