Job Overview
We are partnering with a prestigious and established Interior Design firm located in Dubai seeking an Associate Creative Director. This role is essential in supporting the Creative Director by maintaining the quality and vision of high-end interior design projects, predominantly catering to luxury residential and VIP clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Creative Director in upholding the overall creative vision and standards for design work.
- Critically evaluate and endorse design proposals and project deliverables by offering insightful creative feedback.
- Supervise the quality of designs across upscale residential initiatives, focusing particularly on projects involving VIP clients.
- Ensure designs harmoniously integrate regional stylistic influences with European and UK design aesthetics.
- Offer creative mentorship to the design team, ensuring uniformity and excellence in output.
- Champion innovation and ongoing enhancements in both design processes and furniture, fixtures & equipment (FF&E).
- Report significant creative or project-related risks to senior leadership promptly.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
- Proven experience managing luxury projects and working directly with VIP clients.
- Thorough understanding of both Arabic and European design styles.
- Strong creative acumen with capability to critique, question, and evolve existing design ideas.
- Exceptional skills in communication and presentations.
- Availability for in-person interviews at the specified location in Dubai.
