Business Analyst

About the Role

Kinetic Business Solutions is collaborating with a pharmaceutical firm to recruit a Business Analyst for their Riyadh-based team in Saudi Arabia. This role plays a crucial part in translating market data into practical strategic insights that drive commercial decisions such as forecasting, territory design, and managing performance.

Primary Responsibilities

• Transforming market data into actionable strategies supporting commercial decisions across forecasting, territory planning, and performance oversight.
• Leveraging IQVIA and additional data sources to construct a weighted sales potential map for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Designing and maintaining commercial performance dashboards that monitor sales team KPIs post-launch, delivering insightful reports regularly to the GTM committee.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or fields closely related.
• Between three to five years of professional experience in business analytics, sales analytics, or commercial excellence within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors in Saudi Arabia.
• Essential hands-on experience and proficiency with IQVIA data.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Business Intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical capability with a talent for interpreting data to reveal narratives.
• Strategic mindset able to integrate data insights within the broader business context.
