Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Marine Piling Superintendent to lead the marine piling team within a crucial transport infrastructure development. This role demands hands-on leadership to ensure marine piling tasks are performed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, contributing to the overall success and strong performance of the project site.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

• Take supervisory charge over extensive marine piling and construction activities.
• Efficiently plan and manage daily onsite operations, including coordination of machinery, workforce, and material resources.
• Champion safety protocols, uphold quality standards, and drive productivity.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with teams and subcontractors, fostering motivation and mentorship.

Candidate Profile
