Key Responsibilities

• Operate state-of-the-art civil engineering equipment.
• Perform civil engineering and surface works, including breaking and restoring paving and asphalt surfaces.
• Handle construction machinery such as mini excavators and wheel loaders efficiently.
• Carry out a variety of tasks primarily in the Schmalkalden area.

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training in civil engineering, road construction, or landscape gardening or similar; qualifications like Tiefbaufacharbeiter or Straßenbauer advantageous.
• Possession of driving license class B; ideally also BE, C, and CE1.
• Team and customer-focused with a flexible attitude.
• Independent, reliable, and well-organized working style.
• Prior professional experience in civil and road construction is desirable.
• Familiarity with operating construction equipment and understanding of cable trenching advantageous.
