About the Role
Join Regeneron's Supply Chain Planning team as a Manufacturing Scheduling Specialist based in Raheen, Limerick. This role offers the chance to support a science-driven organization committed to developing transformative medications for serious illnesses globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to ensure manufacturing aligns with plans.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and non-manufacturing teams to coordinate scheduling efforts.
- Provide the necessary details to the Business Process Specialist (BPS) to guarantee safe job completion.
- Lead daily planning and scheduling meetings involving manufacturing and support teams.
- Serve as the main point of contact among Maintenance, Process Utilities, Engineering, and Manufacturing for maintenance and repair tasks.
- Screen incoming work orders by assessing priority, scope, and planning requirements.
- Collect and analyze data on process durations, operator efficiency, and scheduling delays.
- Construct data models utilizing spreadsheets, programming, or other suitable tools.
- Support capacity planning decisions and assist in enhancing communication across shifts, departments, and organizational levels.
- Contribute to developing scheduled project plans for start-up and shutdown activities.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related discipline required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a related field.

Salary range for this role is €46,200 to €75,400 annually. Compensation will be determined based on location, role level, skills, and experience, with potential additional benefits such as bonuses, equity awards, retirement plans, health programs, and family support. Background checks relevant to the position and country laws may be conducted before employment begins.
