Manager – Stakeholder Management

Overview

As Manager of Stakeholder Management at AD Ports Group, you will spearhead the planning and implementation of strategic initiatives focused on the Economic Cities & Free Zones (EC&FZ) cluster. Your role will revolve around maintaining productive and collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure their needs are met, expectations managed, and that the organization's interests are well represented. You will play a crucial role in aligning these relationships with the overarching goals of the organization through effective communication and collaboration.

Core Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze the interests of crucial stakeholders and ensure their expectations are aligned with the EC&FZ cluster strategy.
• Act as the EC&FZ representative at regulatory meetings and stakeholder conferences to promote core priorities and build partnerships.
• Evaluate stakeholder feedback critically and integrate it into organizational strategies to enhance alignment and achieve better results.
• Serve as the main contact for key stakeholders, proactively addressing their needs and concerns.
• Design, implement, and continuously assess stakeholder programs and initiatives for effectiveness.
• Foster and maintain enduring relationships with stakeholders by engaging in meetings, events, and forums to collect feedback and boost engagement.
• Provide detailed reports to senior leadership on engagement activities, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to optimize processes and embed best practices that elevate operational excellence.

People Management Responsibilities

• Plan departmental operational requirements and secure necessary approvals.
• Oversee and evaluate the Stakeholder Management team, offering continuous feedback, identifying development needs, and coaching to enhance capabilities.
• Conduct training sessions within the department leveraging your subject matter expertise.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Contribute to crafting and executing stakeholder management strategies aligned with EC&FZ’s long-term objectives.
• Develop stakeholder mapping and management plans to enable proactive communication and engagement.
• Ensure that strategies foster relationships that benefit both stakeholders and EC&FZ growth, aligning with overall business goals.
• Lead assessments of risks linked to stakeholder relations and devise strong mitigation strategies to protect organizational interests.
• Prepare departmental budgets and business plans consistent with EC&FZ strategy for an integrated operational approach.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, legal, and operations to guarantee partnership alignment with organizational aims.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public relations, communications, or related fields; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
• Proficient in English; Arabic language skills are an additional benefit.
• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in stakeholder or relationship management roles, preferably with team leadership responsibilities.
• Experience liaising with government agencies, regulatory bodies, or major corporate entities.
• Strong grasp of stakeholder engagement strategies and relationship management best practices.
• Proven track record of building and sustaining collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders aligned with organizational objectives.
