Job Overview

As a Treasury Analyst at AD Ports Group, you will assist the Director of Treasury in managing the organization's treasury functions daily to ensure optimal cash flow, liquidity, and risk management practices are effectively met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and oversee daily financial activities including assessing cash requirements, liquidity status, potential financial risks, and cash flow monitoring.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with both local and international financial institutions to facilitate smooth cash management operations.
  • Accurately document financial transactions, update accounting ledgers and databases, and support bank guarantee processes adhering strictly to the company's policies and procedures.
  • Assist with bank-related tasks such as facilitating account openings, closures, modifications, and managing authorized signatory changes.
  • Develop financial forecasts covering revenues, expenditures, and loan requirements while identifying associated risks alongside appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Compile comprehensive management reports that detail treasury operations, financial accounts, credit agreements, risk management, and cash flow analytics.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline is essential; a Master’s degree is considered advantageous.
  • Professional certifications like CPA or CTP are desirable but not mandatory.
  • Possess 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in treasury or finance roles.
  • Solid understanding of treasury and accounting principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software.
  • Prior experience collaborating with government entities is beneficial.

Skills and Attributes

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining precise financial records.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated capability in resolving complex financial challenges, devising innovative solutions, and making impactful contributions.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
