Job description

Job Overview

Lead and drive the global total rewards framework aimed at maintaining market competitiveness, ensuring internal equity, and supporting AD Ports Group's strategic objectives. This role involves collaborating with external HR advisory services for market benchmarking and developing effective compensation structures. You'll oversee the entire compensation cycle, including salary reviews and incentive planning, while advising HR and business leaders on strategies designed to attract, retain, and motivate employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enforce the global total rewards policies aligned with company strategy and industry best practices.
  • Manage partnerships with external consulting firms to perform salary benchmarking and compensation reviews.
  • Monitor global compensation trends and regulatory developments, adjusting pay structures to balance equity and competitiveness.
  • Provide expert guidance on pay positioning and total rewards frameworks.
  • Design and administer both short-term and long-term incentive schemes ensuring market relevance and internal consistency.
  • Oversee annual salary adjustments and bonus allocation processes correlated to performance and market standards.
  • Lead job evaluations for new and existing roles using AD Ports Group grading and HAY Guide Chart Profile Methodology.
  • Collaborate with recruitment to devise attractive compensation structures and benefits to draw top talent.
  • Prepare leadership and Remuneration Committee reports recommending policy and benefits program updates.
  • Establish and govern the global compensation and benefits philosophy and programs while ensuring compliance with applicable legislation.
  • Negotiate benefit plans with vendors and explore new program opportunities.
  • Conduct salary and benefits benchmarking to guide strategic implementation.
  • Create salary scales for new markets or business expansions consistent with global strategy.
  • Develop global mobility policies supporting international assignments and relocations.
  • Monitor the implementation of compensation and benefits strategies to guarantee effective application.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees and HR staff focused on compensation and benefits topics.

People Management

  • Respond swiftly to employee inquiries on compensation and benefits, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Provide visionary leadership and maintain a culture of accountability within the team.
  • Engage in recruiting and organizational planning to build a skilled and compatible team.

Strategic Duties

  • Continuously review and update the global compensation strategy to align with business goals and market evolution.
  • Simplify global pay practices and policies for greater clarity and effectiveness.
  • Develop a comprehensive Total Compensation Model integrating Compensation, Benefits, Work/Lifestyle, and Career Development within allocated budgets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
  • Essential certifications include Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) and Korn Ferry Job Evaluation Methodology.
