Job Overview

The Manager will spearhead the technological enablement of Enterprise Performance Management, focusing on digital innovation, automation, AI-driven analytics, and data-centric performance reporting. This role combines extensive technology transformation expertise with a deep knowledge of performance management, KPI reporting, and executive decision support.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and deployment of technology solutions that support enterprise performance management and reporting functions.
• Pinpoint opportunities to digitalize and automate KPI tracking, performance reports, data gathering, and management insights.
• Enhance and fine-tune EPM systems, dashboards, reporting platforms, and associated digital tools.
• Convert performance management needs into detailed business, functional, and system requirements.
• Lead creation and validation of business requirement documents (BRDs), user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation assistance, and change management efforts.
• Promote the adoption of AI, automation, and advanced analytics to boost forecasting, performance analyses, and decision-making support at executive levels.
• Collaborate with business units, data teams, and technology groups to ensure performance tools are scalable, integrated, and business-aligned.
• Assist in crafting digital dashboards and executive reporting solutions to monitor KPIs and strategic performance metrics.
• Contribute to initiatives focused on KPI frameworks, tracking strategic programs, and measuring realized value.
• Manage technology-driven performance projects, vendor relations, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare user manuals, training content, and knowledge transfer documents to facilitate adoption and maintain operational continuity.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology Management, Business, or related disciplines.
• 10 to 15+ years of relevant background in technology transformation, digital transformation, enterprise systems, automation, analytics, or management consulting.
• Proficient in technology-enabled business change management including systems implementation, BRD preparation, UAT coordination, and change management practices.
• Experience working with AI, automation technologies, advanced analytics, enterprise dashboards, and digital enterprise solutions.
• Familiarity with performance management, KPI reporting, executive dashboarding, or enterprise performance management solutions.
• Comprehensive understanding of data usage, reporting structures, and system integration within complex enterprise settings.
• Strong capabilities in stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, problem resolution, and project leadership.
• Background in consulting, government, or large-scale enterprise environments is highly preferred.
