Role Overview

We seek a results-driven Scrum Master passionate about transforming unclear product visions into clear, predictable deliverables across multiple concurrent projects. Ideal candidates are adept at organizing Jira architectures, collaborating with clients, and leveraging technology to boost engineering efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure projects meet deadlines by managing sprints, milestones, and timelines across various parallel tracks.
• Identify and remove blockers proactively, monitor dependencies, and highlight potential delivery risks ahead of time.
• Facilitate efficient Agile ceremonies such as Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives focused on actionable outcomes.
• Maintain sprint scope integrity by managing external client priority changes through formal scope and Change Request procedures.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Architects to uphold Definition of Ready (DoR), ensuring tasks have explicit acceptance criteria before development starts.
• Administer Jira to establish clear task lineage from high-level milestones to daily activities, generating real-time progress dashboards from Jira data.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, leading workshops, progress meetings, and aligning expectations.
• Utilize AI tools to automate status reporting, backlog optimization, and accelerate analysis of metrics.
