Manager Land Acquisition

Job Overview

The Manager of Land Acquisition will be accountable for creating and implementing strategic land acquisition plans in line with the overarching Land Management objectives to ensure successful project completion. This role involves close collaboration with the client’s land department, government bodies, and relevant stakeholders to streamline the approval process and resolve any land-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and oversee comprehensive land acquisition plans that meet the Land Management Function’s strategic goals.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents, including but not limited to Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), and Minutes of Meetings (MOMs).
• Coordinate and maintain communication with the client’s land acquisition team to ensure alignment and progress.
• Generate detailed progress reports to inform decision-makers of current status, emerging issues, and ongoing developments.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Bring a minimum of 15 years of professional experience.
• Have ideally 5 years of prior involvement in Railway project environments.
• Fluency in Arabic is essential for this role.
• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with various levels of authorities, government institutions, and stakeholders.
