Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our Tax & Legal Solutions division, focusing on HR Compliance Consulting and HR Managed Services based in Frankfurt. You will lead the acquisition and execution of national and international HR projects while also playing a key role in team development and expanding the company network.
Responsibilities
- Lead the initiation and delivery of HR-related projects internationally.
- Manage pitches, prepare proposals, and develop strategic documents to support business growth.
- Oversee projects involving HR compliance, including HR audits, process optimization, design, and managing in- & outsourcing of HR processes and systems.
- Direct HR Managed Services projects focusing on payroll administration using client technology, HR administration tasks, and HR business partnership activities.
- Hold personnel responsibility, lead and motivate (inter)national teams to attain high performance.
- Responsible for project control and management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Completed degree in Business, Law, HR Management, or related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience post-vocational training.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in HR roles such as HR Business Partner, HR Operations Team Lead, or Payroll.
- Experience in leading project teams and ideally in acquiring clients independently.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English proficiency.
- Professional working style marked by high commitment, solution-oriented approach, and strong teamwork abilities.
- Professional demeanor in client interactions.
