Role Summary

This managerial position leads the strategic design and deployment of layered security architectures tailored to enterprise AI and GenAI technologies. It emphasizes protecting AI data, models, and applications through comprehensive security programs.

Core Responsibilities

• Architect multi-layered defense frameworks safeguarding AI systems across data, model, and runtime domains.
• Lead comprehensive AI security initiatives encompassing evaluations, implementations, and compliance management.
• Establish and enforce AI security guardrails, governance policies, and access controls.
• Develop threat modeling methodologies and adversarial testing for AI lifecycle stages.
• Manage AI red teaming exercises and maintain continuous security testing protocols.
• Integrate AI security measures with SOC, SIEM, cloud, and identity management systems.
• Promote secure MLOps/MLSecOps practices in corporate settings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate AI risks and advise on mitigation measures.
• Offer architectural expertise securing APIs, model endpoints, and AI processing pipelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 6 to 10 years’ experience in cybersecurity domains including cloud and application security.
• Proven capability designing and delivering security architecture projects.
• Practical knowledge of AI/GenAI system security controls.
• Experience with enterprise cloud platforms like Azure and AWS.
• Strong architectural insight focused on defense-in-depth strategies.
• In-depth familiarity with AI/ML technologies, including large language models and enterprise AI frameworks.
• Expertise in cloud security principles, zero trust architecture, and identity protection.
• Competent in threat modeling, red teaming, and adversarial defense techniques.
• Ability to identify AI attack surfaces and exploit mechanisms.
• Integration skills for security within DevSecOps and MLOps environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and client management skills.

Preferred Experience and Certifications

• Hands-on experience with AI security platforms such as Wiz AI-SPM or CrowdStrike AI Security.
• Exposure to CSPM, SIEM/XDR, and cloud-native security tools.
• Knowledge in defining AI governance structures and risk management frameworks.
• Relevant certifications in cloud, cybersecurity, or solution architecture.
