Role Overview
As a Manager in Sales Development for EMEA, you will lead and nurture our Outbound Business Development Representatives, driving revenue expansion while shaping the strategic outbound prospecting approach at Fin. This role is essential in executing Fin's broad sales strategy and developing a high-performing, collaborative team culture focused on growth and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and develop the EMEA Outbound Business Development team, supporting individual and collective success aligned with revenue goals.
- Coach and empower team members to reach their full potential in a cooperative and high-achievement-oriented environment.
- Adapt sales approaches in a dynamic setting, guiding the team through evolving company needs and priorities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, ensuring cohesive execution of sales strategies and pipeline health through data-driven decisions and forecasting.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of one year experience in people management.
- At least two years of recent B2B sales experience demonstrating consistent quota achievement.
- Proficiency in interpreting sales metrics and performance trends to inform strategic choices.
- Strong mentorship and coaching capabilities to foster professional growth.
- Experience navigating complex organizational structures and cultivating partnerships across departments.

- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving and flexible work environment.
