As a Business Development Representative, you will be pivotal in cultivating revenue growth for Fin's sales division by generating a high-quality sales pipeline. Your mission is to engage potential and current clients, illustrating Fin's value through innovative and captivating outreach.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Enterprise Account Executives to develop and prioritize a strategically targeted account list based on firmographic, technographic, and intent data analytics.
  • Produce new enterprise business opportunities by executing expert-level prospecting techniques, including cold calling, personalized emails, and LinkedIn social selling. Tailor messaging for executive-level audiences, design multi-channel outreach campaigns, and utilize sales intelligence tools to identify challenges and insights.
  • Provide a superior and customized initial engagement for prospects, solidifying Fin’s position as a trusted advisor and ensuring effective handoffs to solutions providers.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Fin’s product offerings and clearly communicate their benefits.
  • Partner with marketing, sales operations, and product teams to refine business workflows impacting pipeline growth and conversion, contributing valuable feedback from the field.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong enthusiasm for building a long-term sales career with a progression goal toward roles such as Account Executive or closing positions.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing role; prior sales or SaaS exposure is advantageous.
  • Proven experience and success working with large, enterprise-level accounts.
  • Exemplary operational efficiency with the ability to prioritize and optimize time for revenue-generating tasks.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of competitive landscapes and SaaS industry trends relevant to target verticals.
  • Well-developed prospecting abilities using multiple outreach channels, such as telephone, email, and LinkedIn, leveraging modern sales engagement software.
  • Effective communication skills across verbal, written, and non-verbal interactions, able to articulate concepts clearly and collaborate well with teammates.
  • A personal growth mindset characterized by self-awareness, proactive feedback seeking, and ongoing self-improvement.
  • A results-driven approach with persistence in meeting quota and driving team advancement.

Preferred Additional Skills & Attributes

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools including Salesforce (SFDC), Outreach, Cognism, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
