About the Company and Role
IKAMATE HR INDIA PVT LTD is seeking dynamic individuals for the role of Retail Counter Sales Executive at its locations in Jamnagar, Unna, and Amreli. This full-time position is ideal for candidates who are enthusiastic about customer service and retail sales.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional greetings and assistance to walk-in customers at the retail sales counter.
- Identify and understand customer needs to recommend appropriate products.
- Clearly communicate product features, pricing details, offers, and scheme information.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve straightforward complaints effectively.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
- Encourage upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales revenue.
- Maintain attractive product displays and organize the sales counter to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure stock availability and coordinate with inventory teams for replenishments.
- Assist accurately with billing and payment processes.
- Keep the sales area clean, orderly, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
- Foster strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum educational qualification of 12th pass.
- Experience ranging from six months to three years in retail sales, counter sales, store sales, or customer handling is preferred.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills suitable for customer interaction.
- Basic sales aptitude and convincing ability to influence customer decisions.
- Willingness to gain product knowledge and adapt to retail environment requirements.
- Basic arithmetic skills necessary for billing and transactions.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary offered is between ₹15,000 and ₹20,000 per month on a cost-to-company basis, supplemented with attractive incentives that reward performance.
