Job description
Job Overview
We are recruiting warehouse associates including pickers and packers for a role based in Ahmedabad with Blinkit. Suitable candidates will be involved in selecting and packing products accurately for dispatch, ensuring orders are fulfilled precisely.
Work Schedule & Shift Timings
The position involves working on rotational shifts with two possible timings: 3 PM to 12 midnight or 10 PM to 7 AM. Weekly off days are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately picking orders from warehouse shelves based on specified requirements.
- Safely and properly packing items prior to shipping.
- Using handheld scanning devices or mobile apps to verify products.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from 17,000 to 18,000 INR plus incentives up to 4,000 INR per month.
