We seek a Maintenance Technician with a strong service orientation to deliver expert maintenance services in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is vital in ensuring that equipment operates safely, reliably, and efficiently while facilitating positive communication with customers and equipment users.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong customer relations by ensuring superior service quality and consistent, clear communication regarding callout timings and work completed.
• Accurately document and report work performed at the equipment level in real-time.
• Ensure equipment safety and optimal performance through diligent maintenance and risk management.
• Identify and report potential site risks to supervisors and take immediate action on high-risk situations following escalation protocols.
• Detect and report unplanned service repairs based on equipment status.
• Safeguard end-user and site safety by adhering strictly to safety protocols during service operations.
• Execute scheduled service visits, including planned maintenance, callouts, and repairs, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Promote additional sales opportunities by escalating leads to supervisors.
• Maintain service tools, vehicle, and instruments in good condition and secure.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess ITI/Vocational Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Automation Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic proficiency in IT and digital tools is preferred.
• At least five years of preventive maintenance experience with a reputable elevator company is mandatory.
