Work Schedule and Role Type
- Night shift hours: 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM, Sunday to Thursday
- Permanent full-time position
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out minor installation and commissioning activities as needed
- Execute troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance tasks on production plant and machinery
- Conduct work professionally, efficiently, and safely according to PepsiCo's Safety and Environmental management standards
- Maintain and retrieve data from the Computerised Maintenance Management System (SAP)
- Support identification, documentation, and implementation of enhancements in maintenance procedures and plant equipment to boost machine uptime, product quality, and safety
- Collaborate with external contractors when required
Qualifications and Experience
- Trade certificate or higher qualification in Mechanical Engineering
- Proven expertise in diagnosing faults and troubleshooting equipment
- Capability to operate independently and safely in high-pressure environments
- Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving skills
- Adaptable mindset with willingness to work overtime, various shifts, and attend training sessions
- Previous experience in the food manufacturing sector is advantageous
- Knowledge or experience in steam systems, confined spaces, elevated work platforms (EWP), and Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding is a plus
