Job Overview
This position suits a professional with prior experience in maintenance roles who can confidently handle diverse maintenance duties. The Maintenance Technician will support daily hotel operations by responding swiftly to maintenance issues across guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Address daily maintenance requests using the HubOS system.
- Conduct routine inspections of hotel equipment to identify faults or needed repairs.
- Coordinate with different hotel departments to manage maintenance in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring spaces marked out-of-order are promptly restored to service.
- Maintain meticulous records of all maintenance activities, including completed work, outstanding tasks, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
