Role Overview

This position involves installing, maintaining, and repairing internal plant equipment while overseeing maintenance and tool fabrication personnel. The specialist ensures high-quality work output, operates under direct supervision, follows prescribed instructions, and undergoes system checks. Tasks are carried out within well-defined operational frameworks using detailed standard operational procedures to achieve expected outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

• Ensure proper functionality and upkeep of machinery and tools.
• Develop and propose preventive maintenance plans and corrective action strategies.
• Build conceptual expertise within the professional discipline, potentially offering technical support or specialized knowledge across a broad domain.
• Apply past experience or education in business management to understand how the team’s output contributes to the wider field.
• Use established procedures to troubleshoot and solve problems, escalating to supervisors or senior team members when issues extend beyond set guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve issues; for client-related roles, foster strong client relationships and serve as liaison between the client and company, sharing technical information and ensuring clear understanding.

Basic Qualifications

• For non-US roles: Basic experience in the position with familiarity with digital audio workstation functions. Equivalent knowledge to a bachelor’s degree or bachelor's degree plus relevant field experience.
• For US-based positions: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, or high school diploma/general educational development certificate with at least two years of role-related experience.
