Job Overview
The Maintenance Overnight Associate plays a key role in ensuring that customers experience a clean and safe store environment from the parking lot through to restrooms and receiving areas. This position is vital for maintaining the store’s cleanliness and safety during overnight hours.
Compensation Details
- Hourly wage ranges from $16 to $29 per hour, with the actual hourly rate guaranteed to meet or exceed the local minimum wage requirements.
- Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
- Premium pay may be offered in amounts from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour under certain conditions such as schedule, facility, season, or specific job duties. Multiple premiums may apply simultaneously.
