Cart Attendant

Job Overview

Cart Attendants are key to creating a positive customer experience at the storefront. They are responsible for collecting shopping carts from the parking area, operating machinery to transport carts indoors, and keeping the carts clean and sanitary. This role requires a cheerful demeanor and readiness to work in all weather conditions.

Compensation Details

• Hourly wage ranges from $16 to $29 based on location-specific minimum wage standards.
• Additional pay opportunities through annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
• Possible premium pay between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour triggered by factors like schedule, facility, season, or job specifics; multiple premiums may apply simultaneously.

Work Schedule and Location

• Full-time employment with shifts available during opening and morning hours.
• Worksite is at Walmart Supercenter #1634, located at 15091 18TH ST NE, Little Falls, MN 56345.
