Job Overview

As a General Merchandise Team Associate at Walmart Supercenter #7199 in Great Falls, MT, your primary role is to welcome customers on the sales floor, provide assistance, and suggest merchandise aligning with their preferences. You will also be responsible for maintaining the organization and appearance of Hobbies & Home Improvement displays throughout the day. Additional tasks may include paint mixing and fabric cutting.

Compensation & Shifts

• The hourly wage ranges from $17 to $30 per hour, with actual pay meeting or exceeding the minimum wage requirements for the job location.
• Additional pay may be earned through annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Extra premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour could apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific tasks, with multiple premiums potentially stacking.
• Available shifts include Mid-Shift and Closing.
