Job Overview
As a Cart Attendant at Walmart Supercenter in Morris, IL, you play a vital role in ensuring shoppers have a positive first and last impression of our store. Your duties include collecting shopping carts from the parking area, operating machinery to transport carts indoors, and keeping the carts clean and sanitary. This position requires a consistently upbeat attitude regardless of weather conditions.
Compensation Details
- Hourly pay ranges from $15 to $28, always meeting or exceeding local minimum wage standards.
- Performance incentives are provided annually or quarterly based on employee achievements.
- Additional premium pay between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour may be granted depending on factors such as schedule, location, season, or specific tasks performed. Multiple premiums can be earned simultaneously if criteria overlap.
Work Schedule and Location
This is a full-time role with shifts available during opening and morning hours at Walmart Supercenter #844, 333 E US Route 6, Morris, IL 60450.
