Position Summary

The Maintenance Millwright 433A will report directly to the Plant Manager. This role involves performing daily maintenance tasks, completing building repairs, and managing maintenance projects with minimal oversight. The position also supports various departments as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct minor plumbing repairs and installations as needed.
• Operate floor scrubbing machinery effectively.
• Participate in routine sprinkler system testing.
• Maintain landscaping and grounds, including debris removal and snow and ice clearing.
• Perform routine painting, replace light bulbs, and conduct related maintenance tasks.
• Trim shrubbery and prepare flower beds seasonally.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by management.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Hold a high school diploma.
• Possess a valid Millwright 433A certification/license.
• Have at least three years of industrial maintenance experience covering building repairs, cleaning, and landscaping.
• Basic ability to perform repair and maintenance tasks.
• Physical capability to bend, push, and lift loads up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to follow instructions closely and work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A positive, proactive 'Can Do' attitude.
