Role Overview

The Internal Audit department is currently seeking a Senior Cyber & Technology Auditor based in Dublin. This position calls for a highly motivated professional with the energy and initiative to take ownership of their role, supporting the audit team across Europe and directly aiding the Senior Director of Cyber and Technology Audit. Responsibilities encompass delivering assurance and advisory projects related to technology and cybersecurity, as well as executing audit scopes covering integrated financial, compliance, and enterprise areas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct planning and execution of internal audits focusing on the Company's technology, cybersecurity, compliance, operational, and financial policies and processes to verify data reliability, transaction integrity, asset protection, regulatory compliance, achievement of operational objectives, and resource efficiency.
• Perform technology and cyber testing, compliance audits, operational assessments, including walkthroughs, internal control effectiveness evaluations, substantive procedures, and support for the Sarbanes-Oxley 404 Program. Document findings and report any deficiencies to Internal Audit management.
• Collaborate closely with process owners and external auditors, providing support during walkthroughs and internal control or substantive testing.
• Support diverse functional areas within Internal Audit including executing audits in technology, cybersecurity, operations, compliance, mill/plant facilities, and finance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in Information Technology auditing.
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and deliver quality outcomes.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10-15% of the time.

Preferred Attributes and Skills

• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CPA, CIA, CFE, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in a second European language, both spoken and written.
• Experience in cybersecurity and data protection practices, system development lifecycle, identity governance and access management, e-commerce platforms, cloud computing environments (including AWS and Microsoft Azure), compliance standards like COSO and Sarbanes-Oxley.
• Competency in data analytics and visualization to detect anomalies and generate business insights.
• Background in supporting large-scale implementations and business transformation projects from audit and risk advisory viewpoints.
• Ability to work effectively in both departmental and cross-functional teams to tackle complex business and technological challenges.
