Key Responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs on handrails, windows, flooring, walls, ceilings, beds, wheelchairs, geri-chairs, electrical devices, sprinkler systems, generators, emergency lighting, fire alarms, and extinguishers.
• Replace filters in HVAC systems.
• Handle, lift, and stock maintenance supplies.
• Take over Maintenance Supervisor duties when they are absent.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with basic understanding of wiring, plumbing, and carpentry.
