About the Role

As a Maintenance Custodian Associate at Sam's Club in Albany, GA, you play a crucial role in shaping a positive shopping experience for members by ensuring the facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the facility, including parking lots, restrooms, floors, windows, and trash receptacles according to company standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and follow established procedures for handling materials safely, including hazardous substances and forklift operations.
• Respond promptly to spills and perform necessary maintenance tasks to create a safe environment for both members and associates.
• Operate floor cleaning equipment such as scrubbers and handle waste disposal in line with the company’s Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Manage inventory levels of approved cleaning chemicals and supplies, ensuring proper storage, rotation, and timely replenishment.
• Maintain a positive attitude and provide a welcoming environment that leaves a lasting impression on customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage ranging from $16.00 to $24.00 depending on location and experience, with additional pay premiums under specific conditions ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour.
