Maintenance Custodian Associate

Position Summary

Join our team as a Maintenance Custodian Associate, where you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for members by maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Your efforts ensure that the parking lot, restrooms, and store floors reflect top cleanliness standards. This role requires stamina, adaptability, and a positive outlook to keep members satisfied from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all safety protocols, including conducting safety inspections, using correct procedures for forklift spotting, hazardous material handling, and adhering to company steel standards.
• Clean all store areas such as floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment according to company guidelines.
• Perform necessary maintenance tasks, promptly respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and manage waste disposal aligned with the company’s Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintain proper inventory levels of approved cleaning chemicals and supplies, rotating stock correctly and placing replenishment orders as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage ranges from $16.00 to $24.00, at least meeting or exceeding minimum wage requirements.
• Additional pay premiums between $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, location, season, or specific duties.
