Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and ensuring the physical safety of all hotel areas including guest rooms, public spaces, and operational zones.
• Effectively manage inventory and store supplies to guarantee availability of tools, materials, and critical spares, minimizing downtime and enhancing team productivity.
• Promptly address service requests by responding to guest calls and internal work orders.
• Support diverse maintenance assignments such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and masonry repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to identify potential issues and maintain facility functionality.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs, highlighting concerns requiring additional attention.
