Kitchen Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join our team serving university clients. This full-time position involves a 37.5 hour work week and offers an opportunity to be part of a proud team that values quality in food, brand reputation, and most importantly, its people. Please note: This position is contracted for the full number of weeks in a year.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare appetizing, high-quality food that satisfies customers and clients.
• Uphold excellent cleanliness standards in the kitchen and adjacent workspaces.
• Operate all kitchen machinery and equipment appropriately and safely.
• Help with the receipt, loading, and unloading of deliveries and supplies.
• Be a positive representative of the company’s brand in the Universities setting.
• Adhere strictly to Food Handling and Hygiene protocols.
• Follow Health and Safety rules to maintain a safe working environment.
