Role Overview

We are seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our catering team, helping to maintain smooth kitchen operations for 35 weeks annually. This role suits individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and value maintaining high cleanliness and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness of kitchens, food prep zones, and related workspaces.
• Wash cookware, cutlery, crockery, and utensils to exacting cleanliness standards.
• Assist with simple food preparation tasks as required.
• Handle delivery shipments by receiving, loading, and unloading when needed.
• Operate kitchen machinery and equipment safely and correctly.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and food hygiene protocols.
• Participate in necessary training and ongoing development activities.
• Support the catering team in delivering high-quality food service.
