About the Role
We are seeking a reliable Kitchen Porter to contribute to the efficient operation of the kitchen at Eurest in Southampton. This is a full-time position involving a 37.5-hour workweek, typically Monday through Friday during daytime hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards within the kitchen area.
- Assist in the rapid preparation of fresh food during busy periods.
- Ensure chefs are fully equipped with the necessary ingredients and tools to produce fresh dishes.
- Prepare expertly blended drinks and help serve top-quality food to delight customers.
- Act as a motivated, cooperative team player within a dynamic kitchen environment.
- Uphold the brand values of Compass Group UK&I by maintaining a positive image.
- Strictly adhere to food handling, hygiene, and health & safety standards and regulations.
