Role Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you will support the daily operations of a single store. This role encompasses recruitment, managing and directing the associate team, aiming to meet financial objectives and consistently deliver outstanding guest service. Success in this position is driven by your ability to lead and manage your store effectively. Comprehensive store leadership training exceeding three weeks will be provided to ensure you are equipped for success.

Candidate Requirements

  • Possess at least a high school diploma
  • Be open to relocating to a store location within a 50-mile radius of your residence
  • Availability to work flexible hours including early openings, late closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by business needs
  • Valid Food Safety certification (Serve Safe)

Working Conditions

The role requires standing for prolonged periods, managing hot and cold food preparation, using specialized kitchen equipment such as Chinese cook knives, and working efficiently without compromising accuracy. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work in heated and noisy environments, and perform tasks requiring reaching over counters are essential. Strong verbal communication, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and conflict management skills are also necessary.

Compensation Details
