About the Role

Join CBRE as a Mail Services Coordinator where you will support the mailroom operations for a major multinational mining client in Perth, WA. This full-time position involves working within their Office Operations team to provide essential office assistance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all received and sent packages are delivered the same day or notify recipients of next day arrival.
  • Distribute mail, packages, stationery, and copies to designated groups or locations according to daily schedules.
  • Protect packages against damage during shipping.
  • Apply correct postage and necessary identification to outgoing mail and packages.
  • Monitor and replenish postage and mail supplies daily as needed.
  • Respond to routine inquiries or complaints from clients, coworkers, or supervisors and communicate information clearly.
  • Follow standardized procedures to resolve straightforward issues with limited discretion.
  • Perform mail runs between office pigeonholes reliably.
  • Collect loan cards from various levels and return them to Reception.
  • Create service requests via the Service-now platform for ad-hoc needs.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess a High School Diploma or GED and up to two years relevant work experience.
  • Ability to adhere to basic work routines and standards.
  • Capable of effective teamwork and communication of simple information.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills paired with a curious and proactive mindset.
