Job description
Role Overview
This role involves providing maintenance administration assistance to the CBRE team based in Westport. The coordinator will gather data and produce insights to support decision-making and promote best practices within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the CBRE team by compiling data and generating reports to aid effective decisions and enhance CMMS practices.
- Promote CBRE programmes to current and prospective clients actively.
- Support service delivery by preparing standard Health and Safety documentation and programme execution materials.
- Follow established procedures to maintain contract Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and improve financial outcomes.
- Contribute to team meetings and deliverables, including monthly reports and contract review documents.
- Deliver high-quality work within set timeframes, adapting to team needs and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Participate actively in team collaboration and communicate ideas clearly to influence decisions positively.
Candidate Profile
Education and Training
- Possess a minimum qualification of level 7 in Business or Finance disciplines.
- Experience or background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is advantageous.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook at an intermediate to advanced level.
- Ideally has two years of relevant postgraduate experience; however, this is not mandatory.
- Some knowledge or experience in financial or accounting practices is preferred.
