Data Entry Specialist

About the Role

Bulls Media Worldgroup is seeking a meticulous Data Entry Specialist to work on-site at the Delijorgji Complex in Tirana, Albania. This permanent position requires dedication to maintaining precise and current data across multiple platforms within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Input and update company data with a high degree of accuracy.
• Conduct thorough reviews to verify data completeness and correctness.
• Work closely with team members to identify and address any data inconsistencies.
• Ensure sensitive data is kept confidential at all times.
• Produce reports and data summaries based on entered information.
• Support efforts in data cleanup and migration initiatives.

Requirements

• A minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years’ experience in data entry or a related discipline.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Strong organizational abilities and effective time management.
• Capability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Work Schedule and Location

This is a full-time, on-site role with working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00.
