About the Role
A prominent architecture firm based in Central London seeks a proactive and organized Bid Coordinator to oversee the full bid process. This newly created role aims to enhance the company's business development efforts through managing bid submissions, CRM activities, and ensuring consistent, high-quality brand messaging across all communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the entire bid process from inception to successful submission.
- Develop engaging and persuasive bid documents that win business opportunities.
- Maintain and utilize CRM systems to support business development activities.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to craft strategic bid approaches and compelling narratives.
- Ensure all communications reflect a consistent and strong brand identity.
Candidate Requirements
- At least two years of experience managing bid proposals within architecture or the built environment sectors.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a preference for experience in writing bid copy.
- Detail-oriented with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders effectively.

- This position is initially office-based five days per week in Central London, with potential for one day remote work following a successful probation.
