System Completion Coordinator (Offshore)

Job Overview

This position supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of system completion and commissioning tasks specifically for offshore oil and gas installations. It requires ensuring that systems undergo progressive verification, testing, and handover in a controlled, safe, and prompt way aligned with project completion standards and organizational protocols.

Qualifications & Experience

• Holds a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a closely related area.
• Possesses five to ten years of professional experience in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects within the oil and gas sector, with a preference for offshore assignments.
• Demonstrates strong familiarity with processes related to system completion, commissioning, and formal handover procedures.
• Experience working with completion management software, including but not limited to WinPCS or ICAPS.
• Understands construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning workflows in detail.
• Exhibits excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Capable of operating effectively in dynamic project environments featuring multiple interfaces.
• Knowledgeable in quality assurance/quality control practices and safety regulations relevant to offshore operations.
