IT Network Operation Support Engineer

Job Overview

We seek a seasoned IT Network Operation Support Engineer to join a dynamic work setting supporting extensive enterprise and service provider networks, ensuring high-performance operational support.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide continuous 24x7 network operations support including participation in on-call rotation schedules.
• Diagnose and resolve intricate network problems across various vendor platforms.
• Administer network configurations, perform system upgrades, and manage incident responses efficiently.
• Track network performance, analyze logs, and assess metrics related to network health.
• Facilitate change management procedures, validate Method of Procedures (MOP), and handle service requests.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement design modifications and drive operational excellence.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Accumulated 7 to 10+ years of professional experience focused on IP/MPLS and network operations.
• In-depth knowledge of routing protocols including OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, and expertise in MPLS technologies.
• Practical experience working hands-on with multi-vendor devices such as Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, and F5 platforms.
• Familiarity with network automation tools and scripting languages, including Python, Ansible, and Netconf/YANG.
• Demonstrated capability to manage complex network migrations and operate live network environments effectively.
• Possession of relevant certifications like CCNP, CCIE, or their equivalents.
