Role Overview

As a Machinery Engineer within the Electrical and Electronic Test Centre, you will ensure compliance of electrical and electronic products by supporting daily testing activities and contributing to business growth by developing new test services. You will report directly to the Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform risk assessments, safety evaluations, and inspections of machinery to ensure they meet quality criteria aligned with international standards.
• Interpret test procedures and apply sound judgment in selecting testing methodologies and analyzing results.
• Proactively develop and expand new testing service capabilities.
• Collaborate effectively with vendors and internal teams to address engineering challenges and testing requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Familiarity with standards such as EN 60204-1 and/or ISO 12100 is advantageous.
• Strong skills in project planning and coordination.
• Results-driven with high adaptability, initiative, analytical thinking, interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with sound business acumen.
• Having a network within the ASEAN machinery or robotics sectors is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
